Registration Fees
[Physical Presence / Virtual Online Attendance]
(*) Should provide proof of membership to a WFO/FEO affiliated Society. GOS members must be in good standing, in order to benefit from the special registration prices.
(**) Postgraduate students in accredited orthodontic specialization programs (3 years or more) and undergraduate students must attach student ID
1The registration involves either physical presence at the hotel or virtual online attendance.
2The choice between physical presence at the hotel or virtual attendance should be made during registration. This option can be changed by sending an e-mail to Greek Orthodontic Society at events@grortho.gr until February 25, 2024. Any change requested thereafter is not possible.
What's included
The registration in the Congress includes:
Access to the Scientific Sessions (In Person or Online Registration)
Access to the trade exhibition and the e-posters exhibition (In Person Registration Only)
Access to the coffee and lunch breaks
Access to the Ceremony of the Congress
Cancelation Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing by mail to the Greek Orthodontic Society (info@grortho.gr) and will be subject to an administration fee of € 30.
In case of cancellation by February 23, 2024, 50% refund will be given minus the administration fee.
From February 24, 2024 no refund will be given.
